Systems and methods for a contact flow visualizer

A computer system for a contact flow visualizer, the computer system comprising:

• a memory having processor-readable instructions stored therein;
• and
• one or more processors configured to access the memory and execute the processor-readable instructions, which when executed by the one or more processors configures the one or more processors to perform a plurality of functions, including functions for:
• receiving one or more contact logs including a contact log identifier and a plurality of contact log segments;
• for each contact log segment, retrieving a plurality of contact flows based on the contact log identifier of each of the plurality of contact log segments, wherein the plurality of contact flows include a plurality of blocks, wherein each of the plurality of blocks includes one or more transitions or one or more parameters;
• generating a contact path by comparing each of the plurality of contact log segments with the plurality of blocks;
• creating a visual representation of the contact path based on the one or more transitions or the one or more parameters of the plurality of blocks;
• and
• outputting the visual representation to a user interface of a user device.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium containing instructions for a contact flow visualizer, the instructions comprising:

• receiving one or more contact logs including a contact log identifier and a plurality of contact log segments;
• for each contact log segment, retrieving a plurality of contact flows based on the contact log identifier of each of the plurality of contact log segments, wherein the plurality of contact flows include a plurality of blocks, wherein each of the plurality of blocks includes one or more transitions or one or more parameters;
• generating a contact path by comparing each of the plurality of contact log segments with the plurality of blocks;
• creating a visual representation of the contact path based on the one or more transitions or the one or more parameters of the plurality of blocks;
• and
• outputting the visual representation to a user interface of a user device.
