Information Display Method and Electronic Device

An electronic device, wherein the electronic device comprises:

• a display screen on which a through hole configured to embed a camera is disposed,
• a memory configured to store computer instructions;
• and
• a processor coupled to the memory and configured to execute the computer instructions to configure the electronic device to perform operations of:
• displaying a first interface, wherein a status bar is displayed on the first interface, and wherein the through hole is located in a display region of the status bar;
• displaying a first control on the status bar, wherein a display region of the first control surrounds the through hole, and wherein the first control comprises first information of a first service of a first application running in a background of the electronic device;
• after displaying the first control on the status bar, displaying a second control and the first control on the status bar, wherein the second control is overlaid on and displayed above the first control, wherein the second control comprises second information of a second service of a second application running in the background, and wherein a display region of the second control surrounds the through hole;
• and
• canceling display of the first control and the second control in response to a swipe operation on the second control.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising a computer program that when executed by an electronic device, configured the electronic device to perform operations of:

• displaying a first interface, wherein a status bar is displayed on the first interface, and wherein a through hole is located in a display region of the status bar;
• displaying a first control on the status bar, wherein a display region of the first control surrounds the through hole, and wherein the first control comprises first information of a first service of a first application running in a background of the electronic device;
• after displaying the first control on the status bar, displaying a second control and the first control on the status bar, wherein the second control is overlaid on and displayed above the first control, wherein the second control comprises second information of a second service of a second application running in the background, and wherein a display region of the second control surrounds the through hole;
• and
• canceling display of the first control and the second control in response to a swipe operation on the second control.
