A smart device support pillow device is provided. The device has a body configured to support a smart device in either portrait or landscape orientation while the device is positioned on a user’s chest, lap, or a flat surface to facilitate hands-free use. The body may be geometrically triangular and defined by a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall, with the side walls forming selectable angles relative to the bottom wall to accommodate varying ergonomic needs. Each side wall may incorporate at least one cutout slot designed to securely hold a smart device using friction-enhancing and protective materials such as microfiber or silicone.
