A multicast method in a segment routing label network, wherein the method is applied to a non-ingress node of the segment routing label network, and the method comprises:

• receiving and parsing a multicast segment list encapsulated in multicast traffic, and determining an outermost multicast segment ID forwarding structure in the multicast segment list, wherein the outermost multicast segment ID forwarding structure comprises an outermost multicast segment ID;
• and
• under the condition that the outermost multicast segment ID is matched with the multicast segment ID of a current node, generating a multicast segment sub-list of an independent downstream subtree of the current node based on the multicast segment ID forwarding structure in the multicast segment list, and encapsulating the multicast segment sub-list in the multicast traffic to be sent to a node indicated by the outermost multicast segment ID in the multicast segment sub-list;
• wherein one multicast segment sub-list corresponds to one independent downstream subtree of the current node, elements in the multicast segment sub-list correspond to nodes in the independent downstream subtree, and the elements in the multicast segment sub-list are represented by a multicast segment ID forwarding structure.
