Abstract
An amplifier circuit includes an input terminal to which a high frequency signal is to be input, an amplifier configured to amplify the high frequency signal, an output terminal configured to output the high frequency signal amplified by the amplifier, and a matching circuit including a first inductor and a first capacitor connected in parallel between the input terminal and the amplifier or between the amplifier and the output terminal. A resonance frequency of the first inductor with the first capacitor is 1.9 times or less of a center frequency of an operating band in the amplifier.
Claims10
An amplifier circuit comprising:
- an input terminal to which a high frequency signal is to be input;
- an amplifier configured to amplify the high frequency signal;
- an output terminal configured to output the high frequency signal amplified by the amplifier;
- and
- a matching circuit including a first inductor and a first capacitor connected in parallel between the input terminal and the amplifier or between the amplifier and the output terminal,
- wherein a resonance frequency of the first inductor with the first capacitor is 1.9 times or less of a center frequency of an operating band of the amplifier.
