Abstract
A power assembly includes a main housing, a rear cover, and a motor shaft. The main housing has a first mounting hole. The rear cover has a second mounting hole and an assembly hole. The assembly hole is configured to match an assembly tooling to mount the rear cover on one side of the main housing, and the main housing is enclosed by the rear cover to form an accommodation cavity. The motor shaft is mounted in the accommodation cavity, two ends of the motor shaft in a length direction are movably inserted in the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, respectively.
Claims12
A power assembly, comprising:
- a main housing, having a first mounting hole;
- a rear cover, having a second mounting hole and an assembly hole, wherein the assembly hole is configured to match an assembly tooling to mount the rear cover on one side of the main housing, and the main housing is enclosed by the rear cover to form an accommodation cavity;
- and
- a motor shaft, mounted in the accommodation cavity, wherein two ends of the motor shaft in a length direction are movably inserted in the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, respectively.
A method for assembling a power assembly including a main housing having a first mounting hole, a rear cover having a second mounting hole and an assembly hole wherein the assembly hole is configured to match an assembly tooling to mount the rear cover on one side of the main housing, and wherein the main housing is enclosed by the rear cover to form an accommodation cavity, the power assembly further comprising a motor shaft mounted in the accommodation cavity, the method for assembling the power assembly comprising:
- assembling a first end of the motor shaft into the second mounting hole of the rear cover;
- inserting the assembly tooling into the assembly hole, and mounting, by the assembly tooling, a second end of the motor shaft into the first mounting hole of the main housing;
- separating the assembly tooling from the rear cover;
- and
- connecting the main housing to the rear cover.
