Abstract

A connector with a heat dissipation function, includes: a conduction terminal set; an insulation plastic block, including a terminal accommodation structure for encapsulating a portion of the conduction terminal set; and a metal shell, including a top wall and two sidewalls connected to the top wall, wherein an accommodation space is surrounded by the top wall and the sidewalls, and the insulation plastic block is disposed in the accommodation space. The material of the insulation plastic block includes an alumina-boron nitride-fullerene composite material. The alumina-boron nitride-fullerene composite material transmits heat from the insulation plastic block into the outside of the insulation plastic block, by lattice resonance inside the alumina-boron nitride-fullerene composite material and by radiation heat dissipation on the outer surface of the alumina-boron nitride-fullerene composite material.
