Abstract

Provided are a connector and a connector assembly, relating to the field of connector technology. The connector includes an insulating body, a first terminal, and a first locking member. The insulating body is provided with a first mounting hole. A first fastener is disposed in the first mounting hole. The first terminal is inserted into the first mounting hole and snap-fitted to the first fastener. The first locking member is detachably inserted into the insulating body and configured to allow the first terminal to be inserted into the first mounting hole when the first locking member is at the pre-installation position of the first locking member and limit the position of the first fastener when the first locking member is at the final locking position of the first locking member so that the first fastener is kept snap-fitted to the first terminal.
