Abstract
Provided in present disclosure are an electron emission apparatus which includes a fire-resistant container and a heating power source, wherein an electron emission material is provided in a cavity part; and an electron extraction electrode plate is provided beneath the fire-resistant container. The embodiments of the present disclosure have a relatively high field emission effect of electrons, and high consistency of electron-beam currents in different emission arrays.
Claims10
An electron emission apparatus, comprising a fire-resistant container having a cavity part with a certain degree of vacuum, and a heating power supply, wherein an electron emission material is provided in the cavity part;
- a plurality of through holes are provided at the bottom of the fire-resistant container;
- after melting by being heated, the electron emission material passes through the through hole, forming an arc-shaped outwards-convex liquid surface, and emits electrons outwards;
- an electron extraction electrode plate is provided beneath the fire-resistant container;
- the electron extraction electrode plate is provided with cavities for the electrons to pass;
- the through holes correspond to the cavities one to one;
- and an electron extraction electric field for accelerating the electrons is formed between the fire-resistant container and the electron extraction electrode plate.
