Abstract
A geofence setting method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are disclosed. The geofence setting method may include: determining an under monitor tracker that needs to be monitored by a monitor tracker; generating, by the monitor tracker, a geofence, and setting up a buffer area in a boundary area of the geofence; and configuring an activation condition or a deactivation condition for the geofence and the buffer area according to a usage scenario in which the geofence is applied, such that with the geofence and the buffer area being activated, the monitor tracker receives notification sent by the under monitor tracker in response to determining that the under monitor tracker has entered or left the buffer area.
Claims20
A geofence setting method, comprising:
- determining an under monitor tracker that needs to be monitored by a tracker;
- generating, by the monitor tracker, a geofence, and setting up a buffer area in a boundary area of the geofence;
- and
- configuring an activation condition or a deactivation condition for the geofence and the buffer area according to a usage scenario in which the geofence is applied, such that with the geofence and the buffer area being activated, the monitor tracker receives notification sent by the under monitor tracker in response to determining that the under monitor tracker has entered or left the buffer area.
A geofence setting apparatus, comprising:
- a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable by the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement a geofence setting, comprising:
- determining an under monitor tracker that needs to be monitored by a monitor tracker;
- generating, by the monitor tracker, a geofence, and setting up a buffer area in a boundary area of the geofence;
- and
- configuring an activation condition or a deactivation condition for the geofence and the buffer area according to a usage scenario in which the geofence is applied, such that with the geofence and the buffer area being activated, the monitor tracker receives notification sent by the under monitor tracker in response to determining that the under monitor tracker has entered or left the buffer area.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer-executable program configured to cause a computer to execute a geofence setting method, comprising:
- determining an under monitor tracker that needs to be monitored by a monitor tracker;
- generating, by the monitor tracker, a geofence, and setting up a buffer area in a boundary area of the geofence;
- and
- configuring an activation condition or a deactivation condition for the geofence and the buffer area according to a usage scenario in which the geofence is applied, such that with the geofence and the buffer area being activated, the monitor tracker receives notification sent by the under monitor tracker in response to determining that the under monitor tracker has entered or left the buffer area.
