Abstract
A system for processing media includes: a first media processing device without a safe and configured to count media; a second media processing device having a safe including an internal storage, the second media processing device being configured to take in media from an external storage attached outside the safe and store the media in the internal storage; and a computer coupled to the first media processing device and the second media processing device. The computer is configured to, in response to a total number of media counted by the first media processing device exceeding an upper limit value of the external storage, output warning information to prompt an operator to attach the external storage to the second media processing device.

A system for processing media, comprising:
- a first media processing device without a safe and configured to count media;
- a second media processing device having a safe including an internal storage, the second media processing device being configured to take in media from an external storage attached outside the safe and store the media in the internal storage;
- and
- a computer coupled to the first media processing device and the second media processing device, wherein
- the computer is configured to, in response to a total number of media counted by the first media processing device exceeding an upper limit value of the external storage, output warning information to prompt an operator to attach the external storage to the second media processing device.
