Abstract

Disclosed in the present application are an electrode sheet inspection method and system. The method comprises: acquiring an image to be subjected to inspection, which is collected from an electrode sheet; on the basis of preset edge-capture region information, determining at least one edge-capture region from the image, wherein the preset edge-capture region information comprises position information and/or size information of the edge-capture region; performing boundary detection on each edge-capture region, so as to obtain a first boundary line in each edge-capture region, wherein the first boundary line is used for delineating different partitions of the electrode sheet that are arranged in a widthwise direction; and using the first boundary line in each edge-capture region to determine width information related to the electrode sheet. In this way, the present application can implement automatic inspection for an electrode sheet.

Dependent claims

An electrode plate inspection method, comprising:

obtaining a to-be-inspected image acquired from an electrode plate;
determining at least one edge capture region in the to-be-inspected image based on preset edge capture region information, wherein the preset edge capture region information comprises position information and/or size information of the edge capture region;
performing boundary detection on each edge capture region to obtain a first boundary line in each edge capture region, wherein the first boundary line is used for dividing different sub-regions of the electrode plate arranged in a width direction;
and
determining, by using the first boundary line in each edge capture region, width information related to the electrode plate.

A visual inspection system, comprising:

at least one image acquisition apparatus, configured to acquire an image of an electrode plate;
a processing apparatus, in communication connection with the at least one image acquisition apparatus, and configured to inspect the electrode plate by using the image acquired by the at least one image acquisition apparatus to obtain an inspection result of the electrode plate, wherein the inspection result comprises width information related to the electrode plate, and the width information is determined by using a first boundary line detected in at least one edge capture region of the image;
and
an upper computer, in communication connection with the processing apparatus, and configured to display the image acquired by the image acquisition apparatus, and/or prompt the inspection result.
