A power saving recovery system includes: a processor configured to: return an information processing apparatus from a power saving state in response to establishment of a connection via short-range wireless communication between the information processing apparatus and a mobile terminal carried by a user, the mobile terminal having a history of connection via short-range wireless communication when the information processing apparatus is in the power saving state.

A power saving recovery system comprising:

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program for causing a computer to realize:
- a function of returning an information processing apparatus from a power saving state in response to establishment of a connection via short-range wireless communication between the information processing apparatus and a mobile terminal carried by a user, the mobile terminal having a history of connection via short-range wireless communication when the information processing apparatus is in the power saving state.
A power saving recovery method comprising:
