Abstract
Provided is an image forming apparatus including: a first rotator; and a second rotator that comes into pressure contact with the first rotator, where the second rotator and the first rotator hold a recording medium between the second rotator and the first rotator to convey the recording medium. The first rotator is detachable, after a pressure contact state between the first rotator and the second rotator is released, to a conveyance side and in a direction different from a direction in which the pressure contact is released.
Claims16
An image forming apparatus, comprising:
- a first rotator;
- and
- a second rotator that comes into pressure contact with the first rotator, the second rotator and the first rotator holding a recording medium between the second rotator and the first rotator to convey the recording medium, wherein
- the first rotator is detachable, after a pressure contact state between the first rotator and the second rotator is released, to a conveyance side and in a direction different from a direction in which the pressure contact is released.
