Abstract
A lens has an optical center and an optical axis passing through the optical center, one or more lens portions positioned at a distance away from the optical center, and one or more unusable areas about the lens portion. Each of the one or more lens portions is configured for refracting light rays impinging at right angle thereto towards the optical axis at a constant bending angle thereby defining a focal line along the optical axis, or for refracting light rays impinging at the constant bending angle thereto to be parallel to the optical axis.
