Abstract
An apparatus is disclosed herein that includes a spatial filter having a plurality of apertures and a collimating lens array having a plurality of lenses configured to collected light emanating from the spatial filter and collimate the collected light in a common direction.
Claims11
An apparatus, comprising:
- a spatial filter comprising a plurality of apertures;
- and
- a collimating lens array physically coupled to the spatial filter and comprising a plurality of lenses configured to collected light emanating from the plurality of apertures and collimate the collected light in a common direction.
A spectrometer, comprising:
- a body;
- a slit array physically coupled to the body and comprising a plurality of slits;
- and
- a collimating lens array physically coupled to the body and comprising a plurality of lenses configured to respectively collect light emanating from the plurality of slits of the spatial filter and collimate the collected light in a common direction.
