Physical quantity measurement system

A physical quantity measurement system comprising:

• a temperature and humidity sensor configured to measure a humidity and temperature of gas mixtures flowing through a flow channel;
• a heat generator configured to perform a heat generating operation that generates heat to warm the temperature and humidity sensor;
• a heat generation controller configured to control the heat generating operation;
• and
• a water vapor pressure measurer configured to measure a water vapor pressure of water vapor included in the gas mixtures,
• the heat generation controller being configured to control the heat generating operation by the heat generator based on a result of comparison between a humidity measured value of the gas mixtures that has been measured by the temperature and humidity sensor and a threshold value, and
• the water vapor pressure measurer being configured to calculate the water vapor pressure by changing a measurement method depending on a condition satisfied based on the humidity measured value.
