Abstract
A purification apparatus that purifies a sample includes a container and a controller. A sample is accommodated in the container, and a decomposition solution containing a decomposition substance that decomposes a contaminant in the sample is introduced into the container. The controller is configured to introduce the decomposition solution into the container a plurality of times. Introduction of the decomposition solution the plurality of times includes first introduction and second introduction that follows. An amount of the decomposition substance in the decomposition solution introduced in the second introduction is larger than an amount of the decomposition substance in the decomposition solution introduced in the first introduction.
Claims12
A purification apparatus that purifies a sample, the purification apparatus comprising:
- a container in which the sample is accommodated and into which a decomposition solution containing a decomposition substance that decomposes a contaminant in the sample is introduced;
- and
- a controller that controls introduction of the decomposition solution, wherein
- the controller is configured to introduce the decomposition solution a plurality of times into the container,
- introduction of the decomposition solution the plurality of times includes first introduction and second introduction that follows, and
- an amount of the decomposition substance in the decomposition solution introduced in the second introduction is larger than an amount of the decomposition substance in the decomposition solution introduced in the first introduction.
A control method performed by a controller in a purification apparatus that purifies a sample, the purification apparatus including a container in which the sample is accommodated and into which a decomposition solution containing a decomposition substance that decomposes a contaminant in the sample is introduced and a controller that controls introduction of the decomposition solution, the controller being configured to introduce the decomposition solution into the container a plurality of times, introduction of the decomposition solution including first introduction and second introduction, the control method comprising:
- performing the first introduction;
- and
- performing the second introduction, wherein
- in the performing the second introduction, an amount of the decomposition substance in the decomposition solution introduced in the second introduction is larger than an amount of the decomposition substance in the decomposition solution introduced in the first introduction.
