Abstract
An apparatus for measuring a battery cell profile, the apparatus including a taping module including a roller and a roller driver, a processor electrically connected to the taping module, and a memory which stores a command executed by the processor, the memory being electrically connected to the processor, wherein the processor is configured to measure a profile of a battery cell using a contact position at which the roller comes into contact with a surface of the battery cell to bring insulating tape into close contact with the battery cell.
Claims19
An apparatus for measuring a battery cell profile, the apparatus comprising:
- a taping module including a roller and a roller driver;
- a processor electrically connected to the taping module;
- and
- a memory which stores a command executed by the processor, the memory being electrically connected to the processor,
- wherein the processor is configured to measure a profile of a battery cell using a contact position at which the roller comes into contact with a surface of the battery cell to bring insulating tape into close contact with the battery cell.
An apparatus for measuring a battery cell profile, the apparatus comprising:
- a taping module configured to bring insulating tape into close contact with a battery cell and tape the battery cell using a roller;
- and
- a processor configured to measure a contact position at which the roller comes into contact with a surface of the battery cell while controlling the taping module to tape the battery cell and measure a profile of the battery cell using the contact position.
A method of measuring a battery cell profile, the method comprising:
- measuring, by a processor, a contact position at which a roller comes into contact with a battery cell while taping the battery cell with insulating tape using the roller;
- and
- measuring, by the processor, a profile of the battery cell using the contact position.
