Abstract
A vacuum insulation panel includes: an outer shell material defining a receiving space therein; and a core material in the receiving space; wherein the core material includes: a first core material layer comprising a support extending in a longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, the support comprising a porous material; and a second core material layer in contact with the first core material layer, extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, the second core material layer comprising a plurality of laminated materials arranged parallel to a direction in which the outer shell material extends.

A vacuum insulation panel comprising:
- an outer shell material defining a receiving space therein;
- and
- a core material in the receiving space;
- wherein the core material comprises:
- a first core material layer comprising a support extending in a longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, the support comprising a porous material;
- and
- a second core material layer in contact with the first core material layer, extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, the second core material layer comprising a plurality of laminated materials arranged parallel to a direction in which the outer shell material extends.
A vacuum insulation panel comprising:
- an outer shell material defining a receiving space therein, the outer shell comprising a plurality of outer shell layers;
- and
- a core material in the receiving space,
- wherein the core material comprises:
- a first core material layer comprising a support extending in a longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, wherein the support comprises glass fibers constituting glass wool;
- and
- a second core material layer in contact with the first core material layer and extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, the second core material layer comprising a plurality of laminated materials arranged parallel to a direction in which the outer shell material extends, each of the plurality of laminated materials comprising a vermiculite sheet exfoliated from vermiculite.
A vacuum insulation panel comprising:
- an outer shell material defining a receiving space provided in a vacuum state, the outer shell material comprising a plurality of outer shell layers;
- and
- a core material in the receiving space,
- wherein the core material comprises:
- a first core material layer comprising a support extending in a longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, wherein a volume fraction of the support relative to the receiving space is at least 10 vol %;
- and
- a second core material layer in contact with the first core material layer and extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer shell material, the second core material layer comprising a plurality of laminated materials arranged parallel to a direction in which the outer shell material extends, each of the plurality of laminated materials comprising a vermiculite sheet exfoliated from vermiculite, and
- wherein a volume fraction of the plurality of laminated materials relative to the receiving space is at least 9.2 vol %.
