Abstract
A spring member has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The spring member further has, in a cross section perpendicular to the first surface, three or more fine wires. Among the three or more fine wires, the fine wires located at both edges are outer fine wires and the fine wire located between the outer fine wires is an inner fine wire. The inner fine wire has a width of 10 μm or more on each of the first and second surfaces. On the first and second surfaces, the outer fine wires have widths that are greater than the width of the inner fine wire by 2 μm or more and 8 μm or less.
