Abstract
A scroll compressor including a housing; a fixed scroll to be provided in the housing; an orbiting scroll to be engaged with the fixed scroll to form a compression chamber; an injection hole formed in the fixed scroll; a recovery flow path to allow oil recovered from an oil separator to flow toward the scroll compressor through the injection hole while the injection hole is connected with the oil separator; and a pressure-lowering apparatus to adjust the pressure of the oil recovered from the oil separator.
Claims10
A scroll compressor, comprising:
- a housing;
- a fixed scroll to be provided inside of the housing;
- an orbiting scroll to be engaged with the fixed scroll to form a compression chamber;
- an injection hole formed at the fixed scroll;
- a recovery flow path to allow oil recovered from an oil separator to flow toward the scroll compressor through the injection hole while the injection hole is connected with the oil separator;
- and
- a pressure-lowering apparatus to adjust pressure of the oil that is recovered from the oil separator.
A scroll compressor, comprising:
- a housing;
- a fixed scroll to be provided inside of the housing;
- an orbiting scroll to be engaged with the fixed scroll to form a compression chamber;
- a main frame to support the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll;
- a recovery flow path to allow oil recovered from an oil separator to flow toward an internal space of the housing;
- and
- a pressure-lowering apparatus to adjust pressure of the oil that is recovered from the oil separator,
- wherein the main frame comprises at least one intermediate pressure chamber that is formed recessed at a bottom part of the orbiting scroll,
- wherein the recovery flow path comprises one end coupleable to the oil separator and an opposite end coupleable to one side of the main frame to allow the oil to flow toward the at least one intermediate pressure chamber.
An air conditioner, comprising:
- a scroll compressor formed with a compression chamber inside of a housing;
- an oil separator that separates oil from refrigerant that is introduced from the scroll compressor;
- a recovery flow path to connect the scroll compressor with the oil separator to allow the oil separated from the oil separator to be recovered to the scroll compressor;
- and
- a pressure-lowering apparatus to adjust pressure of the oil that is recovered from the oil separator,
- wherein the scroll compressor comprises:
- a fixed scroll to be provided inside of the housing;
- and
- an orbiting scroll to be disposed opposite to one face of the fixed scroll, and
- wherein the fixed scroll comprises:
- a fixing cap;
- a fixing wrap, to protrude from one face of the fixing cap, formed in a spiral shape;
- and
- an injection hole formed to penetrate the fixing cap.
