Abstract
A combustion chamber for producing hot gas, has a container (1), having a container wall (2), at least one inlet duct (C1, C2) for the introduction of a combustible gas and a comburent gas inside the container (1), an igniter in the form of at least one electrode (E1, E2) that is capable of generating a spark inside the container (1), and an exhaust duct(S). At least an inlet arms (B1, B2) contains at least one of the inlet ducts (C1, C2) and the passageways (P1, P2) for said at least one electrode (E1, E2), which is surrounded by electrically insulating material. The inlet ducts (C1, C2) and the passageways (P1, P2) have mutually parallel offset axes.
Claims14
A combustion chamber for producing hot gas, comprising:
- a container, having at least a container wall,
- at least one inlet duct for the introduction of a combustible gas and a comburent gas inside the container,
- an igniter in the form of at least one electrode that is inserted in a corresponding passageway and is capable of generating a spark inside the container, and
- an exhaust duct,
- least an inlet arm, containing at least one among the inlet ducts and the passageways for said at least one electrode, which is surrounded by electrically insulating material, said inlet ducts and passageways having mutually parallel offset axes.
12). The combustion chamber according to claim 1, wherein the container is made of ceramic material and the at least one inlet arm is made of ceramic material as an electrically insulating material.
