Abstract
A start control device controls a starting device for an internal combustion engine that drives a generator that supplies electric power to a moving object, the start control device including: a target rotational speed determination unit that can sequentially determine a target rotational speed of the internal combustion engine so that a rotational acceleration of the internal combustion engine becomes a target rotational acceleration; and a command torque determination unit that determines, based on the target rotational speed determined by the target rotational speed determination unit, a command torque for controlling the starting device.
Claims14
A start control device that controls a starting device for an internal combustion engine configured to drive a generator configured to supply electric power to a moving object, the start control device comprising:
- one or more processors that execute computer-executable instructions stored in a memory,
- wherein the one or more processors execute the computer-executable instructions to cause the start control device to:
- sequentially determine a target rotational speed of the internal combustion engine in a manner so that a rotational acceleration of the internal combustion engine becomes a target rotational acceleration;
- and
- determine, based on the target rotational speed that has been determined, a command torque for controlling the starting device.
A start control method for controlling a starting device for an internal combustion engine configured to drive a generator configured to supply electric power to a moving object, the start control method being executed by one or more processors and comprising:
- sequentially determining a target rotational speed of the internal combustion engine in a manner so that a rotational acceleration of the internal combustion engine becomes a target rotational acceleration;
- and
- determining, based on the target rotational speed that has been determined, a command torque for controlling the starting device.
