Abstract
A tool for recovering a casing hanger from a wellhead, the tool comprising a tool body having a longitudinal axis, a pressure operated locking assembly, a pressure operated latch assembly which are configured to move in response to the supply of fluid to the tool, a retainer which is configured to prevent movement of either the locking assembly or the latch assembly until the pressure of the fluid supplied to the tool reaches a pre-determined level The tool may include a cutting apparatus which is configured to be inserted into a main passage of a tubular having a longitudinal axis and which is operable to cut through the tubular in a plane generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis thereof.

A tool for recovering a casing hanger from a wellhead, the tool comprising:
- a tool body having a longitudinal axis;
- a pressure operated locking assembly configured to move in response to the supply of fluid to the tool;
- a pressure operated latch assembly configured to move in response to the supply of fluid to the tool;
- and
- a retainer configured to prevent movement of either the pressure operated locking assembly or the pressure operated latch assembly until the pressure of the fluid supplied to the tool reaches a pre-determined level.
