Abstract
A system for collecting drilling slurry generated during operation of a core drilling machine is provided, wherein the system includes a collection device as a functional unit, wherein the collection device is attachable to a substrate by a vacuum, wherein the vacuum can be generated by a vacuum pump which is part of a drive unit of the system. The drive unit additionally-includes a power supply unit for supplying electrical power to the drive unit and its components.

A system for collecting drilling slurry produced during operation of a core drilling machine, the system comprising:
- a drive unit having a vacuum pump and a power supply for supplying electrical power to the drive unit;
- and
- a functional unit including a collector attachable to a substrate by a vacuum generatable by the vacuum pump.
