For each second cutting element of a second earth-boring tool, a second slope of a second curve defined by plotting a change in aggressiveness of the second cutting element against a change in velocity of the second cutting element for a range of velocities of the second cutting element may be determined. The second earth-boring tool may be selected for manufacture when a second average of the second slopes for each second cutting element is greater than a first average of the first slopes for each first cutting element.
