Abstract
Provided is a host cell for improving the stability of a plasmid. By means of knocking out sbcC and/or sbcD genes in a cell and knocking out one or more genes of nfi, mutL, ruvA, ruvB and ruvC, or knocking in lacIq or lacIq1 genes, the stability of the plasmid, which has a hairpin structure sequence, is improved.
Claims20
A host cell, wherein the genome of the host cell comprises sbcC and/or sbcD genes knocked out, and the host cell further comprises the following modifications:
- 1) one or more of the nfi, mutS, mutL, mutH, ruvA, ruvB, and ruvC genes are knocked out in the genome of the host cell;
- and/or
- 2) the lacIq or lacIq1 gene is knocked into the genome of the host cell.
