Abstract
The present invention relates to a polyol component for thermally conductive polyurethane adhesive composition, in particular, a polyol component having high filler content as well as low viscosity, to the thermally conductive polyurethane adhesive composition for battery in electric vehicle comprising the polyol component, and to a method of manufacturing the thermally conductive polyurethane adhesive composition.
Claims15
A polyol component for thermally conductive adhesive composition comprising:
- (1) at least one polymeric polyol having an average hydroxyl functionality from at least 1.8,
- (2) at least one mono-functional nucleophilic agent, and
- (3) at least one thermally conductive filler,
- wherein the at least one mono-functional nucleophilic agent is present in an amount of larger than 0.1% by weight to less than 3.0% by weight based on the weight of the polyol component.
