Abstract
A target protein expression vector of the present invention includes a polynucleotide that encodes a viral nucleocapsid as a fusion partner of a target protein. In addition, a method of producing a target protein of the present invention includes constructing a target protein expression vector, including polynucleotides encoding a target protein, and a viral nucleocapsid as a fusion partner of the target protein; preparing a transformant by introducing the target protein expression vector into a host cell; and culturing the transformant.
