A derivative of a polypeptide, consisting of the polypeptide and a side chain linked thereto in the form of Z1+Z2+Z3, wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence KCNTATCATQ RLADFLRHSS NNLKPILPPT NVGSNT-trans-Hyp-NH2, and wherein Z1 is a C18 fatty diacid;
- Z2 is β-aspartic acid;
