Abstract

Mixtures comprising at least two substances of the general formula (I) ( RO ) m ⁢ ( PhO ) 3 - m ⁢ P = O ( I ) with m=1, 2 or 3, in which R corresponds to the radical and Ph corresponds to the phenyl radical, exhibit a unique combination of high colour stability, high flame retardancy and plasticizing effect, which makes them suitable for use as flame retardants in PVC compounds, as hydraulic fluid, as lubricant additive or as additive for paints, adhesives, sealants or coatings.
