Abstract
A ceramic sintered compact according to an embodiment includes a surface portion that is a portion on a surface side in a cross section passing through a centroid; and a centroidal portion that is a portion within a radius of 1 mm centered about the centroid in the cross section. In the ceramic sintered compact, when the surface portion and the centroidal portion are subjected to an XRD (X-Ray Diffractometers) analysis, detection positions of top four peaks in a descending order of peak strength match within ±0.5° between the surface portion and the centroidal portion, the top four peaks being detected within a range of a diffraction angle from 10° to 60°.

A ceramic sintered compact comprising:
- a surface portion that is a portion on a surface side in a cross section passing through a centroid;
- and
- a centroidal portion that is a portion within a radius of 1 mm centered about the centroid in the cross section, wherein
- when the surface portion and the centroidal portion are subjected to an XRD (X-Ray Diffractometers) analysis, detection positions of top four peaks in a descending order of peak strength match within ±0.5° between the surface portion and the centroidal portion, the top four peaks being detected within a range of a diffraction angle from 10° to 60°.
