Abstract
The invention provides a cement sack composition. The cement sack composition includes a hydraulic cement selected from the group consisting of an API Class A Portland cement, an API Class C Portland cement, an API Class G Portland cement, an API Class H Portland cement, and combinations thereof; and an additive in an amount of about 0.01 to about 50% by weight substitution of the hydraulic cement in the cement sack composition. The additive is selected from fine grade marble, medium grade marble, coarse grade marble, and combinations thereof.
Claims20
A cement sack composition, comprising:
- a hydraulic cement selected from the group consisting of an API Class A Portland cement, an API Class C Portland cement, an API Class G Portland cement, an API Class H Portland cement, and combinations thereof;
- and
- an additive in an amount of about 0.01 to about 50% by weight substitution of the hydraulic cement in the cement sack composition, wherein the additive is selected from the group consisting of fine grade marble, medium grade marble, coarse grade marble, and combinations thereof;
- wherein a cured specimen made from the cement sack composition can meet or exceed one or more physical performance specifications as described in API 10A.
