Workstation, warehousing system, and method for controlliong workstation

A workstation, comprising:

• a sorting mechanism comprising:
• a source container conveyor, configured to convey a source container, wherein the source container is configured to store to-be-sorted goods, and the source container conveyor has a picking position;
• and
• an order container conveyor, configured to convey an order container, wherein the order container is configured to receive goods sorted from the source container, and the order container conveyor has a delivery position;
• and when the source container arrives at the picking position, the to-be-sorted goods in the source container are picked and placed into an order container at the delivery position;
• and
• a buffer mechanism located on a lateral side of the sorting mechanism, and configured to buffer an order container for which a picking task is incomplete, and convey the order container to the delivery position based on a conveying sequence, wherein the conveying sequence is determined based on a sequence in which the source container arrives at the picking position.
