Pusher assembly

A pusher assembly for a cartoner system, comprising:

• a pusher unit suitable for pushing a product group, optionally the product group comprising a product element and a leaflet, into a carton;
• a counter-pusher unit suitable for forming an upper abutment with respect to the product group;
• and
• a guide group extending along a main axis, wherein the pusher unit and the counter-pusher unit are engaged with the guide group to be movable along the main axis between a retracted configuration and an advanced configuration;
• wherein the counter-pusher unit comprises a main member which, in the retracted configuration is in a vertically distal position from the pusher unit, while in the advanced configuration is in a vertically proximal position to the pusher unit, wherein the counter-pusher unit comprises control members engaged with the guide group, wherein the control members control the vertical position, namely a height, of the main member as a function of an axial position of the pusher unit along the guide group;
• wherein the main member comprises an abutment element extending planarly with respect to an imaginary plane, wherein the main member is controlled in movement by the control members so that the abutment element is always parallel to the main axis;
• and
• wherein the control members comprise a counter-pusher base device slidingly engaged with the guide group and controllable in movement by an external movement assembly, a first leverage comprising first ends hinged to the counter-pusher base device and the main member, and a second leverage comprising second ends hinged to the counter-pusher base device and the main member, wherein the first leverage and the second leverage are axially spaced apart from each other, and wherein a distance between the first ends and a distance between the second ends coincide.
