Abstract
Provided is a dash panel assembly that may satisfy the rigidity requirements of a convertible body having a long hood, for example. The dash panel assembly includes a dash panel dividing an engine compartment or motor compartment and an interior space of a vehicle, a cowl panel coupled to an upper portion of the dash panel, and a dash lower member coupled to a lower portion of the dash panel, wherein the dash panel includes an integrally formed reinforcing portion and the reinforcing portion connects the cowl panel and the dash lower member.

A dash panel assembly comprising:
- a dash panel dividing an engine compartment or a motor compartment and an interior space of a vehicle;
- a cowl panel coupled to an upper portion of the dash panel;
- and
- a dash lower member coupled to a lower portion of the dash panel,
- wherein:
- the dash panel includes an integrally formed reinforcing portion, and
- the reinforcing portion connects the cowl panel and the dash lower member.
