Abstract

The present invention relates to a noise-reducing pneumatic tire and a method of manufacturing same and, more specifically, to improve sound absorption performance and stable installation. In order to achieve the purpose described above, the present invention provides a noise-reducing pneumatic tire comprising: an inner liner of the pneumatic tire; and a sound-absorbing structure attached to the inner liner, wherein the sound-absorbing structure includes: a sound-absorbing body provided to be attached to the inner surface of the inner liner along the circumferential direction of the pneumatic tire; and a through-hole formed through the sound-absorbing body and provided to allow a sensor to be positioned therein.
