Abstract
A printing apparatus including: a conveyance unit configured to convey a print medium on which printing was performed by a printing unit; a guide unit configured to guide the print medium conveyed by the conveyance unit; a heating unit disposed in a position opposing a guide surface of the guide unit, and configured to heat the print medium conveyed by the conveyance unit; and an adjustment unit configured to adjust a distance between the guide surface and the heating unit, wherein the guide unit includes a guide member that forms the guide surface, and the adjustment unit adjusts a position of the guide member in an approaching-separation direction in which the guide member approaches and separates from the heating unit.
Claims15
A printing apparatus comprising:
- a conveyance unit configured to convey a print medium on which printing was performed by a printing unit;
- a guide unit configured to guide the print medium conveyed by the conveyance unit;
- a heating unit disposed in a position opposing a guide surface of the guide unit, and configured to heat the print medium conveyed by the conveyance unit;
- and
- an adjustment unit configured to adjust a distance between the guide surface and the heating unit,
- wherein the guide unit includes a guide member that forms the guide surface, and
- the adjustment unit adjusts a position of the guide member in an approaching-separation direction in which the guide member approaches and separates from the heating unit.
