Abstract
A method for manufacturing a decorative panel, includes the steps of: providing a substrate material, and providing at least a decorative layer and a wear layer onto the substrate material. The wear layer is located above the decorative layer, providing a curable lacquer on the wear layer, and embossing at least the curable lacquer. The thickness of the wear layer and the thickness of the curable lacquer follow a ratio of between 5:1 and 1:25.

A method for manufacturing a decorative panel, comprising the steps of:
- providing a substrate material,
- providing at least a decorative layer and a wear layer onto said substrate material, said decorative layer being a prefabricated thermoplastic foil carrying a printed pattern and said wear layer being a prefabricated thermoplastic foil having a thickness (TW) of at least 50 micrometer,
- wherein said wear layer is located above said decorative layer,
- providing a curable lacquer on said wear layer, and
- embossing at least said curable lacquer,
- wherein the thickness (TW) of said wear layer and the thickness (TL) of said curable lacquer follow a ratio of between 5:1 and 1:25.
