Abstract
Provided is a resin sheet having excellent processability with little occurrence of burrs and fluff when punching holes, cutting, etc. Provided is a resin sheet in which a strain value (X) calculated according to formula (1) is within a specific range. strain value ( X ) = fracture strain value ( B ) - yield strain value ( A ) Formula ( 1 ) The yield strain value (A) indicates the strain value on a punching stress-punching strain curve at the moment that the punching stress is at a maximum and the fracture strain value (B) indicates the strain value on the punching stress-punching strain curve at the moment that the punching stress is zero.

A resin sheet that exhibits
- a strain value (X) of 5.0 to 10.0 when the resin sheet is affixed to a die having a die hole with a 2.00 mm diameter by a column-type punching pin with a diameter of 1.55 mm and a hole is punched at a punching speed of 1,000 mm/min.,
