Wall panel for a medical accommodation unit, comprising a number of sandwiched layers, the layers including: a pair of exterior layers that define opposed planar outer surfaces of the panel; a plurality of interior layers interposed between the exterior layers; wherein the plurality of inner layers comprise: a structural layer that lends stiffness and strength to the panel; a thermal insulating layer comprising thermally insulating material; wherein the exterior layer comprises a fire spreading material, and the plurality of interior layers includes a fire shielding layer comprising a fire resistant material.

A wall panel for a mobile medical accommodation unit, comprising a number of sandwiched layers, the layers comprising:
- a pair of exterior layers that define opposed planar outer surfaces of the panel;
- and
- a plurality of interior layers interposed between the exterior layers;
- wherein the plurality of interior layers comprise:
- a structural layer that lends stiffness and strength to the panel;
- and
- a thermal insulating layer comprising thermally insulating material;
