Abstract
A stretched base material includes at least a first surface resin layer containing at least one gas barrier resin as its main component, at least one polyolefin intermediate layer containing a polyolefin as its main component, and a second surface resin layer containing at least one gas barrier resin as its main component in this order.

A stretched base material comprising:
- a first surface resin layer comprising at least one gas barrier resin as a main component thereof;
- at least one polyolefin intermediate layer comprising a polyolefin as a main component thereof;
- and
- a second surface resin layer comprising at least one gas barrier resin as a main component thereof,
- in this order.
