Abstract
A meat slicer includes a placement cavity including two side walls, each of the two side walls defining a plurality of first blade grooves, each of the first blade grooves defining an upper end notch; the upper end notch is defined between a left wall and a right wall; the left wall includes an upper left guiding bevel and a lower left guiding bevel; the right wall includes an upper right guiding bevel and a lower right guiding bevel; a bottom of the upper left guiding bevel is connected to the lower left guiding bevel, and a bottom of the upper right guiding bevel is connected to the lower right guiding bevel; a junction of the upper left guiding bevel and the lower left guiding bevel protrudes rightward, and a junction of the upper right guiding bevel and the lower right guiding bevel protrudes leftward.

A meat slicer comprises:
- a blade set, the blade set comprising a plurality of blades arranged side by side and at intervals, and
- a model configured for accommodating meat, the model comprising:
- a placement cavity, the placement cavity comprising a top opening and two side walls opposite to each other, each of the two side walls defining a plurality of first blade grooves spaced apart, each of the plurality of the first blade grooves defining an upper end notch configured for receiving a corresponding blade of the plurality of blades;
- each of the two side walls comprising a plurality of first partitions arranged side by side and at intervals, and each of the plurality of first blade grooves defined between two adjacent first partitions of the plurality of first partitions;
- wherein the upper end notch of each of the plurality of first blade grooves is defined between a left wall and a right wall oppositely to the left wall;
- the left wall comprises an upper left guiding bevel inclined upward and leftward and a lower left guiding bevel inclined downward and leftward;
- the right wall comprises an upper right guiding bevel inclined upward and rightward and a lower right guiding bevel inclined downward and rightward;
- a bottom of the upper left guiding bevel of the left wall is connected to the lower left guiding bevel of the left wall, and a bottom of the upper right guiding bevel of the right wall is connected to the lower right guiding bevel of the right wall;
- a junction of the upper left guiding bevel and the lower left guiding bevel protrudes rightward, and a junction of the upper right guiding bevel and the lower right guiding bevel protrudes leftward;
- and
- wherein the upper end notch of each of the plurality of first blade grooves is configured to receive a corresponding blade of the plurality of blades to cut meat placed in the placement cavity.

- a model configured for accommodating meat，the model comprising:
- a placement cavity comprising a open opening and two side walls opposite to each other, and a bottom opposite the open opening;
- each of two side walls defining a plurality of first blade grooves spaced apart;
- the bottom of the placement cavity comprises a plurality of second blade grooves arranged side by side and at intervals, the plurality of second blade grooves corresponds to the plurality of first blade grooves, and each of the plurality of second blade grooves communicates with a corresponding first blade groove of the plurality of first blade grooves ;
- each of the plurality of second blade grooves penetrates through the bottom of the placement cavity, and two side surfaces of each of the plurality of second blade grooves incline toward a vertical central line of a corresponding second groove of the plurality of second blade grooves from a bottom to top of the corresponding second blade groove, the two second side walls are opposite to each other;
- a base is configured to support the model;
- and
- a blade set comprises a plurality of blades arranged side by side at intervals;
- each of the plurality of first blade grooves is configured to receive a corresponding blade of the plurality of blades to cut meat placed in the placement cavity.
