Golf vision alignment training aid kit

A golf vision alignment training aid kit, comprising:

• a base having a wall defining an opening therethrough sized to permit a golf ball to pass therethrough, a plurality of horizontal holes and a plurality of vertical holes, the plurality of horizontal holes being provided above the opening and the plurality of vertical holes being provided at a top side of the wall;
• a first alignment stick configured to be coupled to the base such that the first alignment stick extends substantially horizontally relative to the ground;
• and
• a second alignment stick configured to be coupled to the base such that the second alignment stick extends substantially vertically relative to the ground,
• wherein, when coupled to the base, the first alignment stick and the second alignment stick are substantially perpendicular to each other and the first alignment stick and the second alignment stick are positioned such that, when in use, a line of sight of a user is aligned with the second alignment stick such that the second alignment stick masks a view of the first alignment stick.
