Abstract
An electric motor and a ventricular assist device. The electric motor includes a housing, a sensing assembly, a stator assembly and a control assembly, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed by means of enclosure of the housing; the sensing assembly includes a sensing circuit board, which is accommodated in the accommodating cavity; the stator assembly penetrates the sensing circuit board; and the control assembly includes a control circuit board electrically connected to the sensing circuit board, wherein the control circuit board is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and is arranged at the peripheral side of the stator assembly.

A motor, comprising:
- a housing defining an accommodating cavity;
- a sensing assembly comprising a sensing circuit board accommodated in the accommodating cavity;
- a stator assembly extending through the sensing circuit board;
- and
- a control assembly comprising a control circuit board electrically connected to the sensing circuit board, wherein the control circuit board is accommodated in the accommodating cavity and is provided at a peripheral side of the stator assembly.
