Abstract

A handheld physiotherapy device integrates a rotatable sleeve with a replaceable microneedle assembly, internal phototherapy lamp plates, and a thermoelectric cooling and heating assembly. A liquid-dispensing system, comprising a container bottle, switch component, liquid outlet channel, with a spherical dispensing ball and elastic bias, and an electronic control valve, provides metered delivery of cosmetic or medicinal liquids to smearing portions and microneedles. Motion detection photoelectric or alternative sensors synchronize dispensing, phototherapy, and optional vibration to operate only during active rolling. The device includes battery power, charging interface, circuit board with firmware safety interlocks, removable limiting covers and interchangeable rollers for microneedle, massage or smearing-only functions, and thermal and mechanical designs that permit combined hot-and-cold therapy, accurate dosing, easy maintenance, and reduced leakage and contamination.

Dependent claims

A physiotherapy device comprising:

a mounting base;
a container bottle removably attachable to the mounting base;
a liquid outlet channel extending from the container bottle to a nozzle outlet formed at a front portion of the mounting base;
a rolling applicator assembly mounted at the front portion of the mounting base and configured to rotate relative to the mounting base;
a sleeve component forming an outer surface of the rolling applicator assembly;
wherein the sleeve component comprises a light-transmitting material;
at least one phototherapy lamp plate disposed within the rolling applicator assembly;
wherein the phototherapy lamp plate is configured to emit therapeutic light outward through the sleeve component;
wherein the nozzle outlet is positioned adjacent the sleeve component such that skin care product is discharged onto a coating surface of the sleeve component during rotation.

a mounting base;

a liquid outlet channel extending from the container bottle to a nozzle outlet formed at a front portion of the mounting base;

a sleeve component forming an outer surface of the rolling applicator assembly;
a flow-regulating mechanism disposed along the liquid outlet channel;
wherein the rolling applicator assembly is positioned adjacent to the nozzle outlet;

wherein the flow regulating mechanism is operatively associated with the rolling applicator assembly and arranged to permit skin care product flow toward the sleeve component in response to rotational movement of the rolling applicator assembly and to restrict skin care product flow in the absence of rotational movement.

a mounting base having a liquid outlet channel with an outlet;
a mounting shaft fixed to the mounting base;
a sleeve component rotatably mounted on the mounting shaft, the sleeve component having an outer peripheral surface with a microneedle assembly configured for contact with skin, the outer peripheral surface positioned proximate to the outlet such that liquid from the liquid outlet channel is applied to the outer peripheral surface;
a switch component rotatably connected to the mounting base, the switch component configured to connect to a container bottle and to switch between a first position in which the switch component connects the liquid outlet channel to the container bottle and a second position in which the switch component disconnects the liquid outlet channel from the container bottle.
