Abstract
An apparatus, method and computer program is described comprising: obtaining real-time physiological data relating to a sleep state of a user; and controlling delivery of one or more active compounds based, at least in part, on a determined and/or a desired sleep state of a user, wherein the one or more active compounds influence, manage, change or control a mood state of the user.

A system comprising:
- an input module for obtaining real-time physiological data relating to a sleep state of a user;
- a control module for determining delivery of one or more active compounds based, at least in part, on a determined or a desired sleep state of the user, wherein the one or more active compounds influence, manage, change or control a mood state of said user;
- and
- an output module for communicating with one or more dispensers for delivery of said one or more active compounds.
