Injection systems and methods

An injection system, comprising:

• a housing member comprising a housing body defining a housing interior;
• and
• an injection member disposed in the housing interior, the injection member comprising
• a syringe body having proximal and distal ends and defining a syringe interior,
• a stopper member disposed in the syringe interior,
• a plunger member coupled to the stopper member and configured to be manipulated to insert the stopper member distally in the syringe interior relative to the syringe body,
• a needle hub assembly coupled to the syringe body at the distal end thereof and comprising
• a needle hub, and
• a needle coupled to the needle hub,
• wherein the housing member comprises a needle obscuring member slidably coupled to the housing body, and
• wherein the needle obscuring member is configured to be disposed at least partially over the needle.

An injection system, comprising:

• a housing member comprising a housing body defining a housing interior;
• an injection member disposed in the housing interior, the injection member comprising
• a syringe body having proximal and distal ends and defining a syringe interior,
• a stopper member disposed in the syringe interior,
• a plunger member coupled to the stopper member and configured to be manipulated to insert the stopper member distally in the syringe interior relative to the syringe body,
• a needle hub assembly coupled to the syringe body at the distal end thereof and comprising
• a needle hub, and
• a needle coupled to the needle hub;
• and
• a plunger manipulation member having an open distal end and a plunger interface coupled to a proximal end of the plunger member,
• wherein the housing member comprises a needle obscuring member coupled to the housing body, and
• wherein the needle obscuring member is configured to be disposed at least partially over the needle.
