Compound and use thereof

A method of treating and/or preventing a psoriasis-like disease, comprising administering a drug to a subject in need, wherein the drug comprises an therapeutically effective amount of a compound represented by formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, an isotope derivative thereof, a solvate thereof, a prodrug thereof, a metal chelate thereof, a crystal form thereof, or a metabolite thereof, wherein the compound has the following structure:

• wherein X is selected from a single bond, —O—(C0-C10 alkylene)-, —S—(C0-C10 alkylene)-, —N(C0-C10 alkyl)-(C0-C10 alkylene)-, C1-C10 alkylene, C2-C10 alkenylene, or C2-C10 alkynylene;
• R0 is selected from H, —CO(C1-10 alkyl), or —CO(C6-10 aryl);
• R1 and R1′ are independently selected from the H, C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C2-C10 alkynyl, C1-C10 haloalkyl, —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(C3-C10 cycloalkyl), —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(C6-C10 aryl), —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(4-10 membered heterocyclyl), —N(C0-10 alkyl) (C0-10 alkyl), or —O(C0-10 alkyl);
• or R1 and R1′ together with a nitrogen atom form a heterocyclic ring, wherein H on the heterocyclic ring is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more groups selected from halogen, cyano, nitro, azido, the C1-C10 alkyl, the C1-C10 haloalkyl, the —N(C0-10 alkyl) (C0-10 alkyl), the —O(C0-10 alkyl), and —S(C0-10 alkyl);
• R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, and R10 are independently selected from the H, the halogen, the cyano, the nitro, the azido, the C1-C10 alkyl, the C1-C10 haloalkyl, the —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(C3-C10 cycloalkyl), the —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(C6-C10 aryl), the —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(4-10 membered heterocyclyl), the —N(C0-10 alkyl) (C0-10 alkyl), —O (C0-10 alkyl), or the —S(C0-10 alkyl);
• or, X is selected from C1-C6 alkylene or C2-C6 alkenylene;
• or, X is selected from —CH2CH2— or —CH═CH—;
• or, R0 is selected from the H or —CO(C1-6 alkyl);
• or, R1 and R1′ are independently selected from:
• the H, C1-C6 alkyl, or the —(C0-C6 alkylene)-(C6-C10 aryl);
• or R1 and R1′ together with the nitrogen atom form a 4-6 membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring, wherein H on the 4-6 membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more groups selected from the C1-C6 alkyl;
• or, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, and R10 are independently selected from the H, the halogen, the C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, or —O(C0-6 alkyl).
